TONY WATT JOINS BLUEBIRDS
The biggest news of the week came on Monday as it was announced that the Bluebirds have secured the services of young striker Tony Watt on loan.
The twenty-one year old spoke to Cardiff City Player HD exclusively upon his arrival, while he also gave his pre-match thoughts on Friday ahead of making his début in the 2-2 draw against Burnley at Cardiff City Stadium.
FITNESS UPDATE: KEY MEN RETURN
There was further encouraging news on Monday as two members of the Cardiff City squad approached First Team returns, featuring in the U21 Development side’s 2-1 win over Harry Kewell’s Watford.
As arranged before the match, Bruno Manga played an hour, while Federico Macheda completed the first forty-five minutes and got on the score-sheet for Kevin Nicholson’s men. The Italian U21 international then went on to feature for the First Team against Burnley on Saturday.
