Bluebirds snap up powerful French striker
Cardiff City Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Idriss Saadi, subject to international clearance.
The twenty-three year old centre-forward links up with the Bluebirds from French club Clermont Foot on a three year deal that runs until the summer of 2018.
A former France U19 international, Idriss becomes Russell Slade’s fourth signing of the summer – joining Semi Ajayi, Sammy Ameobi and Gabriel Tamaş at Cardiff City Stadium.
Idriss began his professional career with St. Etienne, before switching to Clermont in the summer of 2014 and scoring eighteen goals in thirty-nine appearances last season.
