MATCH FACTS

- Cardiff have a good record recently against AFC Bournemouth, defeating the Cherries in the Cup in 2008
- Like Cardiff, AFC Bournemouth's last competitive win came in the last round of the League Cup
- The Cherries last away win came back in the First Round of this season's competition
KEY OPPOSITION PLAYER: Callum Wilson
Following his summer move from Coventry City, Callum Wilson has stormed the Championship for Eddie Howe and his new team with four goals from five games. Wilson was brought to the club to replace outgoing top scorer Lewis Grabban, with the forward scoring in the 3-0 win over Northampton Town in the last round. Howe has a number of attacking talent at his disposal with Brett Pitman and Tokelo Rantie ready to offer a different option when called upon.
ONE TO WATCH: Harry Arter
Creative midfielder Harry Arter has enjoyed a strong start to the 2014/15 season for AFC Bournemouth. Arter scored a superb goal to level the match for the Cherries on Saturday against Watford, and has become a crucial player in the centre of midfield for Eddie Howe. The 24-year-old Irishman has been with the club since 2010, joining from non-league Woking.
