2014/15 MATCH-DAY MASCOTS: HOW TO APPLY

June 2014. ^thWith the 2014/2015 Sky Bet Championship season fast approaching, Cardiff City Football Club will soon be taking bookings for Mascot Experiences upon fixtures being released on Wednesday 18

Two-mascot positions will be available for each of the Home Sky Bet Championship Fixtures for the 2014/15 season.

children must be aged between 4 & 10 years old and have not taken up a position within the previous two seasons (12/13 & 13/14)To be eligible for a Mascot Experience during the 2014/2015 Sky Bet Championship Season:

The cost of the match day Mascot Experience is £250, with the following included in the package:

. Full Cardiff City Home Kit

. Family Ticket (4 Tickets)

. Mounted Photograph

. DVD of pre-match activities & Tunnel walk out**

. Letter & Certificate

. Match Day Programme (Including Write Up)

. Goody Bag

. Big Screen Display

. Autograph & Photograph Opportunities with Cardiff City FC First Team Players

Booking a Mascot Experience

June 2014; information is shown below on how to register your interest for a Mascot Experience:^th be taking any bookings (Telephone or otherwise) when the fixtures are released at 9:00am on Wednesday 18we will notPlease note that

choice Sky Bet championship home fixture you would like to purchase.^rd and 3^nd, 2^st. 1

OR

choice Sky Bet Championship away fixture that you would you like to attend (there is no charge for the away mascot position itself, however the cost of kit, tickets and travel needs to be met, in order to take up the position).^rd and 3^nd, 2^st. List your 1

June 2014 – Please note that entries after this time will not be entered into the draw.^th. You will need to register your interest between 9.00am - 11.00pm on Wednesday 18

June 2014.^th. All entries will then be entered into a draw, which will take place on Friday 20

June 2014.^rd. All entries, successful or unsuccessful will be notified by email by no later than Monday 23

Draw Process

choice respectively.^rd and 3^nd. If you are unsuccessful in obtaining your first choice of Home Sky Bet Championship Fixture you will be entered into a draw 2

OR

choice respectively.^rd and 3^nd. If you are unsuccessful in obtaining an Away Sky Bet Championship Fixture, you will be entered into a into a draw 2

. If unsuccessful in obtaining either of the above you will entered into a pool for cup & home pre-season friendly mascot positions & the draw for these positions will take place when the fixtures are confirmed.

Please note that the above process is the only opportunity to enter for a Mascot Experience during the 2014/2015 Sky Bet Championship Season. Good luck all!
