When are the 2014/15 Season Tickets on sale?

Season tickets are on sale from 9am Mon. 3rd February 2014, and will be available to current season ticket holders for renewal at this time.

When is my existing seat reserved until?

Existing season ticket holder seats will be held until close of business on 28th February 2014.

Can I renew my season ticket after 28th February?

Yes you can still renew your season ticket if you are a current season ticket holder, however your seat would have been released and so tickets will be subject to availability.

How Can I renew my season ticket?

Season Tickets can be purchased in 4 simple ways:

How do I know if I am a Price Freeze Ambassador?

If you had purchased your 2010/11 season ticket between the 31st October 2009 and 31st January 2010, you would be within the Price Freeze promotion and so classed as a price Freeze Ambassador.

When does the Price Freeze end?

The last season of the Price Freeze will be Season 2014/15.

Can I move my season ticket seat?

Yes you can, subject to availability.

Can I move my season ticket in to the new stand?

Yes the new stand will be made available for season ticket purchases. Plans will be made available at the Ticket Office, to arrange an appointment to view these plans please call 0845 345 1400.

What are the concessions for season 14/15?

Our concessions are classed as Senior Citizens 60+, 16-21yrs, and Juniors u16.

What if I am 59 at the time I purchase my season ticket but turn 60 before the season starts?

Club policy takes the age of the individual as of 1st August 2014. So if you are 59 at the time you purchase your season ticket but on 1st August you are 60, then you will be classed as a Senior Citizen 60+ season ticket for that season and not a n adult season ticket.

What if I am 15 at the time I purchase my season ticket but turn 16 before the season starts?

Club policy takes the age of the individual as of 1st August 2014. So if you are 15 at the time you purchase your season ticket but on 1st August you are 16, then you will be classed as a 16-21yrs season ticket for that season and not a junior u16 season ticket.

Can I renew my season ticket in the Family Stand if I am 16?

If there are no other children in your party then you will not be able to renew in this area, you will be given the option to re-locate in to another area of the ground, subject to availability.

What is the Club Policy in the Family Stand?

Club policy states that in the Family Stand, there can be no adult season tickets / match tickets sold without juniors, and no junior season tickets / match tickets sold without an accompanying adult.

If you do not fall within this policy you will be advised to relocate to another area of the ground subject to availability.

Can I buy additional season tickets?

It will depend on the status of the person/s you wish to purchase for. Please visit our official website www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk for a full breakdown on the sales strategy for the 2014/15 season ticket on sale.

Can I transfer an existing season ticket in to someone else’s name?

Again this will depend on the status of the person you wish to transfer the ticket to e.g. if the person is a gold member, you will have to wait for the appropriate sale period to transfer the season ticket in to that person’s name. For further advise please contact the Ticket Office on 0845 345 1400.

I’m a gold / silver member, when can I purchase a season ticket?

Gold Members can purchase from Tues. 11th March 2014
Silver Members can purchase from 26th March 2014

Do I need to provide a photo for my season ticket?

Yes, a current, passport sized, colour photo must be submitted to the Ticket Office before your season card is printed. Photos can be sent to us via post to Ticket Office, Cardiff City Stadium, Leckwith Road, Cardiff. CF11 8AZ, or scanned and sent as a JPEG attachment to tickets@cardiffcityfc.co.uk

When will I receive my season ticket?

You should receive your season ticket card towards the end of July. Season ticket cards will be printed and posted well in advance of the new season.

Can I collect my season ticket card?

Unfortunately no, due to the high number of season tickets, a collection facility will not be possible.

Can I have a refund on my season ticket if I change my mind?

Our refund policy is clearly set out in our customer charter, and is available online at www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk. Copies are also available on request in the Ticket Office at the Cardiff City Stadium.
