ADDITIONAL ACADEMY FIXTURES

Eight games added to 2013-14 schedule

CITY’s Academy have added an extra eight fixtures to their 2013-14 season schedule after discussions with the Barclays Premier League.

The games against domestic opposition fill previously available weekends for City’s under-18s and under-16s, providing further competitive games for City’s youth set-up to aid in the development of our next generation of players.

City will also compete in the FAW Youth Cup and have been drawn at home to face Treowen Stars in the first round. Full fixture details to be announced when confirmed.

Additional fixtures are as follows:

Huddersfield Town A (11am) – Saturday, 28th September
Coventry City H (11am) – Saturday, 12th October
Nottingham Forest A (11am) – Saturday, 26th October
Leeds United H (11am) – Saturday, 9th November
Crewe Alexandra A (11am) –Saturday, 16th November
Barnsley H (11am) – Saturday, 1st March
Derby County H (11am) – Saturday, 5th April
Birmingham City A (11:30am) – Saturday, 12th April
