Cardiff City Launch SLV Project – We need you!

. Over the past few weeks Tom has been meeting Supporters Groups and dealing with fan issues and in collaboration with them would like to announce the launch of our new SLV project.new Supporter Liaison Officer as the clubs Tom GorringeWe recently announced Sales and Marketing Manager,

 This team will be on the ground as an information point for fans and a mechanism to feedback issues, big or small that happen at the stadium on a match day.  With a view to improving the fan experience, both home and away, we will be looking to bring in a team of Support Liaison Volunteers (SLVs).

Reporting to Tom prior to kick-off, the team will then be designated an area of the stadium for which they will be the eyes and ears of the club, speaking to fellow fans as required and reporting back any issues that arise.

The role would be completely voluntary and we are looking for individuals who have a passion for improving the match day experience for fellow supporters and helping to make Cardiff City Stadium the best it can be for all of us. Following the match the SLV team will be required to submit a short form of their issues off the pitch so that any issues can be investigated and ironed out.

This role is open to all fans aged 18 and over, ideally season ticket holders or those who attend every game. Please note that you do not need to be associated to any supporters groups to be involved and that the club won’t expect you to miss any of a match if selected. We will also look to find a means to show our appreciation to those who commit for the rest of the current season.
