DAY THREE: A SWISS PHOTO DIARY

Day three of Cardiff City's Switzerland pre-season training camp began with what is fast becoming a summer tradition - the Gladiator circuit.

This fitness workout really works the lads hard, so it made perfect sense that they followed the morning session with a dip in Lake Geneva and then some afternoon down-time- by the means of some white-water rafting!

Here's day three of our Swiss photo diary. Each evening, from now until next Sunday, we'll be bringing you a photo-diary of events, exclusive training shots and interviews with the squad and staff.
