Erol signs City contract extension

We’re delighted to announce that First Team Manager Erol Bulut has signed a two-year extension to his existing contract, committing him to the Bluebirds until the summer of 2026.

Following the culmination of the 2023/24 season, several constructive and detailed talks have taken place between Tan Sri Vincent Tan, the Board of Directors and Erol with a view to the betterment of existing internal processes and structures.

Decisions have also been made in respect of the existing playing squad, with targets identified for the purpose of bolstering it for a competitive, enjoyable and successful 2024/25 season.

Tan Sri Vincent Tan said: “What was clear under Erol’s management last season was that we were making progress and showing improvement. I believe he has laid some strong foundations on which he will build.

“I wish Erol, his staff and squad the very best of luck ahead of the new season. They have my full support and good wishes.”
